I have been suffering from planters fasciitis for three years, and I had tried several insoles, some are the short kind, and they move as you walk and are not comfortable, the ones that are long are bulky, and the shoes feel tight, but none of them gave me the relief they promised, I ordered the Protalus Insoles I use every day, they fit in my tennis shoes perfectly, I started using them as soon as I got them and the pain disappeared. These insoles are the best thing ever! I was getting so frustrated with Plantar Fasciitis pain. I suffered on and off for over three years; I almost gave up the Jazzercise that I enjoy so much. After injuring my feet playing basketball wearing the wrong footwear, I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. Not wanting to spend hundreds on custom inserts thought I would try these Protalus inserts out. I read the reviews how people got instant relief and were out running marathons. That was not my case. A little of my history I am a 16-year law enforcement officer. I am currently assigned to our courthouse. My job utmost is to protect the judge. So I stand relatively close to the judge. Some people see this Judge shows on TV, and it last for an hour, and it's all over. For those who do not know it's at a minimum of eight hours day. I have been as late as two in the mor ning deal with the court. So my point is....

Hi, I had been buying/trying various insoles to help my "newly" developed plantar fasciitis last fall. Once I started wearing YOUR insoles, my heels hurt less and less. I wear them in my work shoes (I am on my feet 7 hours a shift). I have them in my athletic shoes for my TRX classes. I just started putting them in my cycle shoes for my indoor Real Ryder classes as I do not want to injure my hip joint which had been bothering me (probably from NOT enough support in the shoe). I received my first pair yesterday and I've only had my inserts in my shoes for 5 hours, but I can already feel the pain is so much less! I ordered these a few weeks ago, but they were on back order. Monday 8/15/16 I received them and immediately took my shoes off at work and put them in. I have plantar very to the point that it is affecting my bone structure. My orthopedic said that plantar usually doesn't show up on an MRI, but mine is so bad it did. At one point he put me in a boot which through off my gait and made my knee on the other leg hurt. Anyway, Monday was an especially painful day for some reason, so I was glad to get them. I have had Plantar Fascia's problems on and off for 20 years. These inserts put my feet in a neutral position which has eliminated my problem. I also had Morton's Neuroma which caused problems. Getting your foot neutral and adequate width in the toe of my shoes has helped that also.

So glad I decided to give these a try! I have been in so much pain with plantar this past year. I have had shots, night splints, compression socks, stretching, ice, orthotics everything under the sun. Nothing helped. I put these in, and after the break-in period, I am down to wearing my night splint only when I overdo it. Being able to stand up and walk in the morning without pain is the best feeling ever. My heal hurts. I have not been able to run for the last month and a half due to severe pain in my heel.
