Pretty good

Good support for my feet. However, they are hot. I've put them in my sneakers and my feet really sweat with these inserts in place. Yet, they do what is needed. My shoes are a wee bit too wide and putting the insert in fills the space a little and give a better fit to my foot.

Bes Inserts for Plantar Issues and Tennis

Absolute vezt purchase. Ive tried at least 5 other brands claiming to help as well as prescription orthopedics, NOTHING worked. These do. I'll be using these for years.
