Product provides adequate support, but since they changed something in how they’re made or something within the past couple years, the insoles make a sqeaking sound inside my athletic shoes.

Hi Heather! Glad you're enjoying the support. The M100 Elite has been the same since we launched them; we have found that when you have squeaky insoles, it is generally the interaction/friction between the interior materials of some shoes and the insole that causes this sound when rubbing against each other. This can be remedied by using a bar of soap, wax, or stick deodorant to rub the underside and sides of the insole to help reduce friction effectively. Let us know if we can help further! Product received

I got my new insoles and compared them to my old ones. My old ones should have been replaced at least a year ago. New ones are thicker, softer and a joy to wear. My feet don’t hurt like they use to.
