When can I expect my Protalus insoles to arrive in mail?

Protalus strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Once you place your order, it will be shipped out the following business day. Any delay in the shipping process will be posted to our website. Typically, flat rate shipping is 5-7 business days, and priority shipping is 3-5 business days. All orders come with tracking numbers and are shipped via USPS from Portland, Oregon.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Protalus ships to Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the majority of Europe. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout when you choose international shipping.

What is the Protalus 90-Day Insole Guarantee?

We offer a 90-Day Insole Guarantee on all insoles ordered through Protalus.com, excluding Subscription orders. If you would like to return your Protalus insoles, please visit our Returns Page. If you prefer to ship them yourself please send them to '20750 SW 115th Ave Suite 190, Tualatin, OR 97062' with your order number or packing invoice. If you choose not to use our prepaid return label, we do not refund return shipping cost. After we have received your insoles, we will refund the original form of payment excluding any original shipping cost.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 7-15 business days from the time we receive your Protalus insoles. After we have received your insoles, we will refund the original form of payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept electronic forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon and PayPal. Our website also accepts some forms of FSA and HSA cards, but is dependent on the card and insurance company.

Will my health insurance cover the cost of Protalus insoles?

Protalus insoles are accepted by FSAs and HSAs as Orthotic Devices, MCC 5976. Additionally, many insurance plans will cover the cost of Protalus insoles using billing codes L3040 RT and L3040 LT. When doing this, both codes must be used as one is for the right insole and one is for the left insole.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been placed it will be added to a queue to be shipped. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive the email or have further questions, please reach out to our Customer Service Team and one of our local customer service representatives will be happy to assist.
