Frequently Asked Questions

Most insoles focus on cushioning. Protalus is designed to improve alignment by stabilizing your heel and supporting your arch, helping your body move more naturally with every step.

Anyone who spends time on their feet — from nurses and warehouse workers to runners and active adults. If you experience foot, knee, hip, or back discomfort, Protalus can help restore proper alignment.

Most customers notice a difference within the first few days. Your body may need a short adjustment period as it adapts to proper alignment, but lasting comfort typically follows within 1-2 weeks.

Protalus insoles are designed to fit a wide range of footwear. We offer different models optimized for sneakers, boots, dress shoes, and more. Use our Fit Guide to find the right match.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Protalus insoles, you can return them for a full refund — no questions asked.
