My insoles came in the mail yesterday. I put them in my shoes last night. OH, THE DIFFERENCE THEY DO MAKE!
A little of my history I am a 16-year law enforcement officer. I am currently assigned to our courthouse. My job utmost is to protect the judge. So I stand relatively close to the judge. Some people see this Judge shows on TV, and it last for an hour, and it's all over. For those who do not know it's at a minimum of eight hours day. I have been as late as two in the mor ning deal with the court. So my point is I stand and walk all day. And the flip side of that story is; I have a flat foot, plantar fasciitis, sciatica nerve pain and bad disc in L4 and L5. Usually within an hour of standing the pain is almost unbearable. To the point of taking pain medication!
TODAY WAS THE 1ST DAY IN I CAN'T REMEMBER WHEN I HAVE NOT BEEN IN SUCH SEVERE PAIN THAT I WANT TO TAKE A NARCOTIC ( Prescribed drug) JUST TO SPEND THE LAST FEW HOURS OF MY EVENING WITH MY FAMILY OR JUST TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT!
