To be honest they are simply put, AMAZING. I am very skeptical and have been disappointed with insoles I have tried in the past, even a couple of products have caused me more pain. And of course all those other products came highly recommended by my friends and colleagues. I was convinced that my situation was so unique and so special there was no such insole in production, let alone in existence, that could help my posture and associated body pains that came with being a paramedic. Then a few very close friends of mine told me about your product and how it had changed their life. So I took the risk and ordered your M-100 insoles thinking to myself, “well, what do I have to lose?” Let me tell you what I lost! Since wearing your insoles, I have lost the majority of my lower back pain, the restless legs I experienced every night after getting home from work were lost. I have gained a better posture, increased energy, and the list goes on. Thank you for proving me wrong that there wasn’t a product that would work for me. You guys ROCK and keep doing whatever you're doing. About 75% of the SF AMR EMTs and Paramedics wear your M100 insoles with complete satisfaction and pleasure, I am amongst them. Thank you again
