We offer a 90-Day Insole Guarantee on all insoles ordered through protalus.com, excluding original shipping paid and Subscription orders. If you would like to return your Protalus product, please click the button below. Return shipping costs are only paid if return protection had been purchased as part of the original order for sales that occurred in the United States. If you prefer to ship your return yourself, please send it to '20750 SW 115th Ave Suite 190, Tualatin, OR 97062' including a note with your order number, name, email address, and request for return. After we have received your insoles, we will refund the original form of payment excluding any original shipping cost.

Footwear and accessories may be returned in original purchase condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
