I have been using Protalus M 100 insoles for around 5 weeks in both my dress shoes and work shoes. From the start I received relief and after a short time, my pain has almost disappeared completely. I only notice that there is a little pressure to notice. I will order another pair for my house shoes next. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and bunion surgery for years but finally I have relief thank you Protalus. I would recommend these inserts for anybody even if they do not suffer from foot pain.
