I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for about 3 months now. It has been painful and to be honest, I have hated some of the ugly shoes I thought I had to wear. I saw these inserts in a few places, and I decided it was time to invest in my feet. I ordered two pair - full length and half-length. I love that I can put these into boots and a number of different style shoes while also giving my feet the support in the arch they have been crying for. I did NOT have to sacrifice fashion! I just had to supplement it. I have had tremendous relief in the symptoms I was suffering - painful feet in the morning, leg fatigue and even mild hip discomfort. I am a huge fan of Protalus now!
