Protalus is 100% committed to excellence with our customer, our products, and our employees.

We offer FREE return shipping on all U.S. insole orders for 90 days after the initial purchase.

International orders are final sale and not refundable, and we cannot refund international shipping charges.

For returns, please follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Visit https://www.protalus.com/pages/returns or contact us by phone (844) 402-5446 or email at customerservice@protalus.com within 90 days of your receiving the insole order.

Step 2: Once we approve your return we will ship out a prepaid shipping label to your email address. Please send your items back using the provided label.

Step 3: After we receive your insoles, your refund will be credited to your original purchase method usually within 72 business hours.

Exchanges:

We offer Free Exchanges on all U.S. insole orders for 90 days after the initial purchase.
