Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear that the M100 insoles are not working out for you. While our sizing has not changed, it does look like that in the past you had ordered our thinner T series insoles. Since the M series insoles are a thicker, wider style, it may be harder to fit them the same shoes that the T series was being worn in. We do see that you have our both of our T series insoles in that same order, are those working well for you? If so, we can help with an exchange. :)
