Take your time breaking them in! If you aren't finding the relief you need within 90 days of delivery, you can return them for a refund of the product price.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How Return Shipping Works
To make returns as easy as possible, we offer optional Return Protection for just $2.98, which is automatically added to your cart at checkout.
For Active Subscribers: Thank you for your loyalty! As a perk of your active subscription, your return shipping is always 100% free—no Return Protection purchase necessary.
If you kept the Return Protection: Your return shipping is 100% covered! Simply use our return portal to print your prepaid label.
If you removed the Return Protection: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You can still use our return portal to easily generate a shipping label, and the live carrier cost will be deducted as soon as you print the label.
Did we make a mistake? If your item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product, please reach out to our support team directly so we can make it right and cover your return shipping.
Prefer to ship it yourself?
If you opted out of Return Protection, are not an active subscriber, and prefer to buy your own label directly from the carrier, please include a note inside the box with your Order Number, Name, Email Address, and reason for return.
