I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for months. Tried different insoles, stretching, pain creams, etc. But by the end of each day, the pain and burning would return, and stepping out of bed each morning was agony. This also was affecting my ankles, legs, knees, hips, even the lower back, trying to adjust to the pain in my feet.

Your insoles have been a life saver, and I've only worn them for 4-5 days. The relief started instantly and is better every day. I continue stretching as well, and hope by the end of 90 days, the pain will be long forgotten.

Getting into the technical aspects of your insoles - for my feet, which are narrow, they are perfect, purely by chance. Because of issues with arthritis in my big toe, I have to wear shoes that are comfortably wider in the toe box, which most often means my heel is sloppy in the shoe.

Immediately after opening the package, I noticed your insoles have a broad forefoot and a very deep heel cup. Along with the heel padding, this is perfect for my particular foot shape. All in all, it has stabilized my whole lower body. The only complaint I might have is the strong odor, which I compare to the oil mixture sprayed on dusty roads in the summer; or old tires. Are these perhaps made with recycled materials?

Believe me, I'm keeping them - it's nice to walk normally again. I'm 65, retired, and love to hike. So far, I've only had these in my New Balance walking shoes; haven't tried them in my boots yet. That's next. Thank you for this product!
