I bought Protalus insoles primarily for my golf shoes. I like to walk when playing yet every time I walked my feet hurt. It would take a day to recover. The first time using the insoles, my feet didn't hurt. Not kidding, I didn't even go through the break-in period (not recommended). Now virtually every pair of shoes I own have Protalus in them.
