I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

Used to hate going to Disneyland with my girls because I’m sure my feet will complain after a few hours of walking due to Plantar Fasciitis... I am so thankful for having Protalus insoles because now I can endure long hours of walking without pain. Tried so many insoles but these are THE BEST for me. Bought 2 pairs: One for my working shoes (I’m a nurse by the way and I need them so bad at work) and another for my regular day casual wear. Love it!!!

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
