Well, first let me say that I've had surgery on both my feet due to plantar fasciitis. My feet are always in pain. I can't ever find the right gym shoe. Three years ago I decided to get my health in order and have lost 74 lb. I'd like to lose another 40. I love to run, and I love to go to the gym and workout. Like most people, I Google to see which shoes are best for overpronation which is a big thing for me and plantar issues. So, I saw this feed on my Facebook about one we ek ago. My $300 inserts were not doing the job. My hips, knees and definitely feet always hurt when I try to run. So today I wore the Protalus inserts and ran for 20 minutes straight. My feet didn't hurt as bad as they about ways do. My hips didn't hurt at all and my knee well, that's another story, but it didn't hurt as bad as it usually does. Now, this was treadmill running at the gym. I'm going to try outdoor running tomorrow see how they do on pavement. I'm satisfied on how they feel. My feet feel like they are straight and not turned in from the pronation. I'm excited as to what the future holds for me and my feet with my new Protalus inserts.
