I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

I have used orthotic insoles since I can remember, every few years spending $400-$500 on a new pair. Since I discovered the Arch Mobility insoles I can afford to put a pair in all of my shoes. I am on my feet for most of the day in the gym training people, and by midday my feet and back would ache. Since I have switched to these insoles the pain is merely gone and I can stand and walk in all of my shoes for hours without a single complaint

I tried your Protalus T100 and my feet definitely feel better. I don't know what it is or what the difference between the others was, but the T100 works for me.
