I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

These insoles are the best thing ever! I was getting so frustrated with Plantar Fasciitis pain. I suffered on and off for over three years; I almost gave up the Jazzercise that I enjoy so much. I tried numerous brands of sneakers, Under Armor, Nike, Asics & Muzino. I also tried various insoles by Doctor Scholls, Finish Line and a pair from a doctor.
