Protalus T-100

For years I subscribed to Protalus inserts. Then last Summer I thought: "I don't think I need these anymore" and cancelled my subscription because money is tight. Well, fast-forward to 8 months later. For various reasons, my hips, knees, ankles, and toe joints started aching just a little from time to time. I was stretching and doing low impact aerobics twice a week. In the middle of one of those workouts, my left knee began to really hurt, so I stopped. Weeks later, a trip to the orthopedic, a steroid shot in the knee (didn't work, even after 3-4 weeks), tons of arthritis strength tylenol, and a cane, it finally occurred to me to get back on to Protalus inserts. Just a week later, the problems are resolving, my gair is resolving, the pain is disappearing. Thank you!

I've used protalus for a number of years. They still keep me from being injured from running. The newer model remains quite good
