Thanks for letting us know! We looked into this and it looks like previously you ordered the T100 6 months ago, and this most recent purchase was for the T100 Elite. The Elite is a thicker style but raises the heel a bit higher, which can feel differently than the standard T100.

Thank you for reaching out to us today Mary! We're sorry to hear that the T-100 Elite didn't provide enough support or have enough padding for you. We'd be more than happy to assist you with a return if that is how you wish to proceed. That being said, we do have another insole that is a bit thicker and has more padding that we think you would like. If you would like to give them a try; we can send you a pair to try at no additional charge, and if they still do not have enough padding then we can return both of the pairs together. If not, no worries! We can proceed with the return as normal. :) We look forward to your response!

Subscription customers receive 30% off every pair, with complete flexibility in adjusting the frequency, ship date, model, size, and number of pairs. It looks like you've been using it for some time now, savings hundreds of dollars over the past few years and that's great! :D

We wanted to let you know that we have not raised our insole pricing since we released the M100 Elite over 3 years ago, which means each new color (T100 Elite, M100, T100) has been the same price. Our insoles actually used to be more than the current generation but we lowered the price to make them more accessible before developing the new models, which use materials that have increased durability so they last months longer than the Generation 1 insoles, meaning the value over the lifespan is actually increased!
