Boot insoles

Too soon to tell but so far so good!

Feet tired after the boots come off- but I 1m walking

8-10 miles and that’s more than I was doing last month.

New insoles in new boots. Thinking I made the right choice tho still wish more for more squish. Old lady dreaming

Very good solid sole shoes! Bought them to help with my high arches and plantar fasciitis. Very comfortable and stylish. Mine do run larger than expected which allows me to add an additional thin insert.

T-100 - Better fit for me.

The T-100 is a better fit for me. My back surgeries make walking and even standing for very long uncomfortable. I tried the M-100 and had severe pain by the end of the day. I went back to the T-100, which I have used for years, and find them much more helpful.
