Support at last

I’ve needed arch supports for a long time and Protalus provides a reasonably priced alternative to prescription made supports. My new shoes now have the Protalus support and I have my walking shoes ready!

Thanks for sharing your experience. We looked into this and your previous order looks like it was for the T100 Generation 1, which is a discontinued model, and this order is for the M100, which is a thicker and wider model than the T100 Generation 1. If you continue to use the M100 and are feeling like they are too thick or wide, we do have a thinner T100 which is closer to the Gen 1 dimensions and support, and we would be happy to help with an exchange at: https://protalus.com/pages/returns
