Hi Andrew,

We appreciate you sharing this with us! We have found that when you have squeaky insoles, it is generally the interaction between the interior materials of some shoes and the insole that causes this sound when rubbing against each other. This can be remedied by using a bar of soap, wax, or stick deodorant to rub the underside and sides of the insole to help reduce friction. We are always working to solve this with every new generation of insoles we release but this has been extremely effective in the meantime.

Wearing Protalus insoles is generally a comfortable experience with a noticeable positive difference. That being said, we know everyone is different, and some people may need more time to adjust than others, which can be remedied by starting slow with 1-2 hours the first day and adding time each day. As well as unlacing and re-lacing your shoes with your foot and the insole in your shoe; this can prevent hot spots and ensure your foot, shoe, and insole are all moving together. If you still find that you are unhappy with the fit of the insoles, we do offer a 90-day guarantee for you to return your insoles and it looks like you are well within that timeframe. Great on the golf course

I purchased these specifically for my golf shoes and I couldn't be happier. My feet were sore after every round until I put these into play. Now I'm able to play multiple rounds in a day. Great insoles!!!
