Best money I've ever spent. I never do reviews, but I figured I'd tell my story....so here it is. As somebody who works outdoors on a rough, uneven ground for long periods of time, day in and day out, I'm no stranger to pain. It got so bad I'd walk with a limp from the intense pain in my feet, legs, and lower back. I tried foot rubs, soaking with Epsom salts, different shoes....nothing helped. I ordered these inserts because I felt I had nothing to lose. I've wasted way more money on other things that didn't work. The instructions said to only wear them for an hour or two then take them out. After a few hours, put them back in for a little longer period and slowly, over the course of a few days, work up to wearing them all day. Well...I installed them into my work boots, and I could instantly feel a lessening of my pain. By the end of the second hour, ALL of the pain was gone!! I hadn't felt this good in years. Figured if I felt this good after a couple of hours, there was no need to "work up to wearing them all day"....so I left them in. I've had them in my boots for about a year now. They are showing a few little signs of wear and my boots are completely worn out. They still work as good today as the first day I put them in. I just ordered up a new pair for my new boots. I'll move the used ones into the pair of shoes that I wear when I dress up to go out. Not much of a story...but it's mine, and it's 100% truthful. These have been a lifesaver. I'm not sure how much longer I could have endured the excruciating pain I was in. Life for the past year has been great and pain-free...thanks so much for such a great product.
