I started training for my 3rd marathon in Aug 2017. I was in the best shape of my life: strong with only 18% body fat and was running faster than ever! I was determined to break 4 hours in this marathon. Then during a training run in early September, I hurt my foot somehow...

I am very skeptical when it comes to purchasing items that claim results as Protalus does, well let me tell everyone my right heel had been hurting me immensely and I had inserted a variety of things seeking relief so finally I took the jump and bought these, am I glad to have done it!! From day one I was able to walk with very little discomfort and walk a lot with no pain!!!!! This is a blessing in disguise and for me to say that it has to be. Don’t hesitate and have the relief that we all deserve.
