Protalus Cascade

I have tried everything including Protalus orthotics which are pretty good in giving me some relief. Nothing has worked as well as these Cascade slip ones. The adjustable straps ensure a snug fit that cups my heel and stays on as I walk. I love them so much I ordered two more pairs immediately. The only quirky thing is their sizing and it could be because these are designed as unisex footwear I am a reliable women’s size 9 in almost all brands but thanks to the helpful reviews, I ordered a women’s size 8.5 and they are a perfect fit.

I have purchased the insoles for general foot pain but developed plantar fasciitis which was miserable for my daily walking routine. I purchased this set of scandals to see if the pain eased. Over time (less than a month) the pain would come and go. When I removed the scandals, the pain would come back. So, I wore them ALL the time. Now I am down to the point when I put them on, I forget about the pain. Incredible. I purchased two more scandals. I purchased 9.5 Women's, my usually shoe size is 10.
