My wife turned me on to these inserts and they are great! I was in pain from a pulled muscle on my right side and have fallen arches. She had me try an insert in my right shoe and it helped right away by giving me arch support. I now have one of my own - use it in all my shoes.

I went to The Good Feet Store and spent $300 on their partial shoe inserts. I was told by the sales lady that if they didn't work in 15 days to bring them back, so I did. They were causing me pain in my knees plus my feet were still hurting when I wore them. I complained to American Express, but because I signed their receipt that said "No Refunds" American Express denied any further action. Thus, #StayFarAwayFromTheGoodFeetStore. I have been wearing the second generation insoles for a week or two now, and my feet feel a lot better. On concrete for over 10 hours in the MTU factory with that being very many steps with not being able to sit down ever. So your feet or back will not be pain-free, but these work as good or better than the custom made ones from the foot doctor. I have one or two coworkers that just started wearing them and like them. I ordered these a few weeks ago, but they were on back order. Monday 8/15/16 I received them and immediately took my shoes off at work and put them in. I have plantar very to the point that it is affecting my bone structure. My orthopedic said that plantar usually doesn't show up on an MRI, but mine is so bad it did. At one point he put me in a boot which through off my gait and made my knee on the other leg hurt. Anyway, Monday was an especially painful day for some reason, so I was glad to get them. I have had Plantar Fascia's problems on and off for 20 years. These inserts put my feet in a neutral position which has eliminated my problem. I also had Morton's Neuroma which caused problems. Getting your foot neutral and adequate width in the toe of my shoes has helped that also.

So glad I decided to give these a try! I have been in so much pain with plantar this past year. I have had shots, night splints, compression socks, stretching, ice, orthotics everything under the sun. Nothing helped. I put these in, and after the break-in period, I am down to wearing my night splint only when I overdo it. Being able to stand up and walk in the morning without pain is the best feeling ever. I work in an auto parts store where the average shift is 9 hours. Pounding the concrete that long takes its toll on my feet. I have had stabbing pain in the top of my foot sometimes preventing me even walking. I took a chance that these would help and they have exceeded my expectations. There are 4 or 5 spots on my feet, ankles, knees and lower back that hurt almost all the time. These have all gone after wearing these for only a week. As somebody who works outdoors on a rough, uneven ground for long periods of time, day in and day out, I'm no stranger to pain. It got so bad I'd walk with a limp from the intense pain in my feet, legs, and lower back. I tried foot rubs, soaking with Epsom salts, different shoes....nothing helped. I do pest control for a living, and walk many miles per day on every type of surface imaginable.
