We recommend ordering an insole a half size larger and trimming the insole accordingly.

How long will my Protalus insoles last?

Although our insoles are made of the highest quality materials, over time, constant wear and heat will eventually compress them. Once compressed, you will no longer feel the original comfort or control in alignment. The Protalus ELITE line of insoles lasts up to 1 year. Other models should be replaced every 4-6 months. When performing higher impact activities, they may need to be replaced more frequently.

What is the Protalus 90-Day Insole Guarantee?

We offer a 90-Day Insole Guarantee on all insoles ordered through Protalus.com, excluding Subscription orders. If you would like to return your Protalus insoles, please contact our Customer Service Team for a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are only paid by Protalus for sales that occurred in the United States. If you prefer to ship them yourself please send them to '20750 SW 115th Ave Suite 190, Tualatin, OR 97062' with your order number or packing invoice. If you choose not to use our prepaid return label, we do not refund return shipping cost. After we have received your insoles, we will refund the original form of payment excluding any original shipping cost.

Excellent Insoles

Your insoles were highly recommended to me by my physical therapist after working with me and watching the way I moved. I had paid a great deal of money for custom insoles that didn't support my feet properly. I had already decided that I was going to be fitted for a more supportive insole, but for some reason I waited. And, Boy, am I glad I did! I noticed a difference as soon as I put my foot in my hiking boot, even before walking around. I got a second pair for my everyday shoes and a couple of pairs for my husband. Customer service was above and beyond. You have a great company and great people working for you. I purchased my insoles in Tualatin. I am spreading the word and won't use anything else! Thank you for developing a superior product. I am a customer for life!

Not liking T-100 Elite

Not comfortable with the new upgrade of T-100 ( with green insole. Don’t like the extra bump for the arch .

Please bring back the T-100 with the blue insoles
