Just want to say that I am truly amazed at the almost instant pain relief. The first time I wore them I thought they were rocking my feet too far outward - pressing too much on the arches. Boy was I ever wrong. Within only a few hours I noticed that the pain in my legs (which was almost constant - I'm 56 w/ bad knees all my life and an L4-5 disk herniation from when I was 30) was almost completely gone.
