I have plantar fasciitis and these seem to help reduce quite a bit of pain. Been using orthotics for over 20 yrs and about a year ago my feet started to hurt at heel area and along bottom. I thought it was time for a set of new orthotics. Was fitted at the podiatrist and started wearing them. Then, after about 4 months my feet felt worse. I thought resting them for a couple weeks would help but did not. The pain came back and I kept fighting through it. Four months after that I could barely walk on my feet. All though this time I was icing and stretching. So I pulled the orthotics and put in soft insoles. Helped a bit but not right. Now it's been a year and I took the orthotics back to see if they were even right to begin with. The podiatrist said they were and was going to resurface them and make a small adjustment. In the meantime I found Protalus on the internet searching to help my feet.
Seen a sale and decided to give them a try. They seemed to feel good after a few days and decided to take advantage of a second pair, not having to keep swapping them in other footwear.
They seemed to be helping with the pain and it's been about a month and a half so I'm ordering one more set and my wife a set to try. She had suffered from plantar fasciitis couple years ago. If my feet keep improving I will report back. Next I'm going to try is ultra Sonic shock wave therapy. Cross my fingers everything together works.
I would say they rate 4.5 overall
