For years I bought shoe inserts for a high ach paying hundreds of dollars per pair. Then I gambled and bought a pair of the Protalus inserts and never looked back. Now I can afford a pair for all of my shoes and boots that I wear all of the time instead of changing them from shoe to shoe.

I have suffered from plantar fascitus for years off and on. I have tried so many inserts I cant even name them all. Some worked ok for a while; some did not. I tried the T-100 and was pleased with the results. Am slowly switching all my shoes to them. Buy a Dr. Scholl's and you'll quickly see the difference. I know they are expensive, but I think they're worth it.
