I’ve been using Protalus insoles for years now, even before I discovered this brand. I’ve tried everything else on the market, from big-box store products to custom-made inserts, but Protalus has been the only brand that truly elevates my tired feet. Not only that, but their customer support team is one of the best. They’re very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any issues you might have. I have plantar fasciitis and so far my pain is a little less than it used to be, but I was expecting more relief from them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We have some recommendations that may help you find what you are looking for in the process of wearing your insoles.
Customers who have worn our insoles for at least 30 days have achieved the best results (alignment usually involves an adjustment period) so we recommend trying them for that full time period if possible.
With our full-length insoles, make sure to remove the factory insole from your shoes before inserting your Protalus insoles. Our insoles need to lay flat in the shoes to work correctly.
Try them in different shoes. Often, shoes can significantly affect the performance of our insoles.
Tie and re-tie your shoes throughout the day. Hot spots can happen because your foot is moving out of sync with your shoe. Tying and re-tying your shoes unite your feet, shoes and our insoles, so they can move as one.
Lastly, we recommend the stretches listed at https://www.protalus.com/pages/stretches if possible. This especially helps in the process of alignment so that your body adjusts properly. :)

Having a difficult time adjusting to the insoles and creating VERY tight shoes. The shoe size needs to be at least a half size larger to accommodate the thick insole. I'm continuing to try them out, but I'm not sure if I will keep them. Not enough information before I purchased. Have not contacted customer service yet. I'm on my feet all day, grooming dogs, so I need the support, and that is the reason I purchased these insoles.
