Working in EMS for 15+ yrs, I have used many inserts. By far, these have been the most comfortable inserts I have ever used. Additionally, after a few days of the expected aches from having proper support (finally!), I no longer have the knee and ankle pain that I have dealt with for years! I even feel stronger in the knee I had to have reconstructed almost 2 years ago! I plan on purchasing Protalus for life!
