Thanks for sharing your experience. We looked into this and your previous order looks like it was for the T100 Generation 1, which is a discontinued model, and this order is for the M100, which is a thicker and wider model than the T100 Generation 1. If you continue to use the M100 and are feeling like they are too thick or wide, we do have a thinner T100 which is closer to the Gen 1 dimensions and support, and we would be happy to help with an exchange at: https://protalus.com/pages/returns

Close but no cigar

The old school thin ones were solid.

The new style thicker insoles are too much. And these even newer “thin-er” style are just not the same. They’re ok, I wouldn’t recommend em like I used to. I’ve bought no joke probably 30 pairs for myself, family, and to hand out to fellow railroad workers, now we are left with more of the same lame extra cushioning nonsense.

Please go back to the original. I’ll buy a 100 tomorrow.

This is pair # 6 for me. Have them in my tennis shoes, running shoes, everyday shoes and even in my birkenstocks. Eliminated some metatarsal pain I was experiencing. Keep up the good work.

Never disappointed

These insoles are amazing, my other insoles lasted over 3 years, probably waited a little too long but they are still in great condition. These new ones are even better, lots of support and great fit!! Working in retail and always on my feet, these were a must have and did not disappoint at all!!
