Dear Protalus,

I recently purchased your product after many years of suffering extreme heal pain. As a disabled retired Army Paratrooper, I had wasted hundreds of dollars on useless inserts trying to ease the pain caused by years of wearing boots for duty and jumping out of airplanes. Even the insoles I was given by the VA hospital were garbage. I only wish I'd ordered a second pair when I placed my initial order, however...

After years of suffering from heels spurs and plantar fasciitis and buying every type of insole I could find with no relief, I just happened to run across this facebook page and thank goodness I did. I ordered a pair and let me just say wow. I took them out of the box and thought they did not look like much, how was this going to help me? I work 80 hours some weeks and sometimes walk 27,000 steps a day. The pain I had before in my feet, knees, and legs would...

Ok. I bought my Protalus shoe inserts last week. Since I had broken my foot skiing over 50 years ago, I didn't expect much help. My Drs. have repeatedly told me how flat my feet are and how much I needed a GOOD shoe support. Well, I received my supports today, and all I can do is smile and tell you how wonderful my feet feel --after 50 years of suffering. These do work! My feet don't feel tired. They feel great. I even want to sleep with my shoes on tonight. Any questions? Ask me. I'm a real person! Thank you Protalus.

It has been almost a year since I came across Protalus insoles via F.Book as I was recovering from having a badly broken lower tib/fib rt above the ankle joint that required major surgery to repair! I was not able to put any weight on the ankle for 60+ days, then starting physical therapy about 3.5 months after my surgery. I already knew that I had some pronation before I was injured because working in the outdoor sports biz with lots of shoe brands attending tech training for fitting running shoes. As I was going thru my physical therapy sessions, I was having pain and inflammation, especially when trying to apply weight to the repaired ankle. I started thinking......

I am Wilfer Henderson, NSCA-CPT, and I run 5K races as a pleasure I have purchased many different shoes that have only helped get me through races, but on this morning I placed the inserts in a pair of shoes that would cause me pain when I run. The results are that I ran 4 miles and went from a 8:55 per mile pace with pain to a 8:28 pace on my first day of using these inserts without any pain, and for a bonus I could have finished even faster, but I was anticipating the usual pain in my quads in the 4th mile which was run at 7:26. Excited about my next 5K on Saturday, looking forward to a new 5K record on a hard course. Thanks to Protalus!

I generally don't give 5 stars, but after suffering from plantar fasciitis for two years, my husband bought me these insoles. They have changed my life!!! They are worth every penny and more. I have had shots, and orthopedic insoles and THESE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT REALLY WORK. Don't let the way they look make you think they don't work because they do. It took a good two weeks to get used to them, but now after five months, I can say I will Never go without them. I am eagerly awaiting their new line for heels and sandals.

Bought these last year when they did a hospital visit. I am a Nurse and a long time Runner with some back/knee issues; wear them at work and for my runs. I had both professionally fitted ones, where I paid $400 and other brands expensive and did not last. Loves these! These have....

I came across the Protalus insoles on FaceBook. I have had issues with my feet hurting for most of my life but had not sought out any but the most rudimentary of insoles to correct this issue. I figured, "What the heck. I'll try them." Well, let me tell you. This is the solution to my problem. I primarily chose them for the exercise routine I attend with Jazzercise. I also bought a new pair of shoes with a wider stance. I would advise anyone buying these that they do take up some space in the shoe. You may want to...

When I purchased Protalus Insoles, I was looking for something to help with foot and knee pain from having flat feet due to fallen arches. I have to admit I was skeptical at first as I had tried others, but I was pleasantly surprised at the relief I had gotten from Protalus. I will, and have, recommended them to family members that struggle with proper insoles issues also. I am thinking of purchasing more so that I don't have to play put and take with different shoes. Try them, what do you have to lose but pain.

I have been suffering from planters fasciitis for three years, and I had tried several insoles, some are the short kind, and they move as you walk and are not comfortable, the ones that are long are bulky, and the shoes feel tight, but none of them gave me the relief they promised, I ordered the Protalus Insoles I use every day, they fit in my tennis shoes perfectly, I started using them as soon as I got them and the pain disappeared. I love them; I use them with different shoes I can't live without them.

I have chronic foot pain and bunions. I work 8 hours a day on a cement floor and generally walk about 7 miles a day. My poor feet hurt so badly at the end of the day I can usually not stand and walk after resting without waiting for a few moments for the pain to alleviate so I know my feet can hold me. Today I used the Protalus insoles. Not one ounce of pain. I look at them and can't imagine why. They just don't look like much. They fit nicely into my Nikes and my dressier shoes without crowding or pinching. The heel does elevate some and makes my toes touch the end of some of my snugger shoes, but it didn't bother my bunions at all. Smacks of magic!!!!
