I recently purchased a set of the Protalus M 100 Women's / size 10. At first, I was reluctant to even put them in my shoes. I have had so much pain with different inserts and frankly, these looked painful. My pain is from only my left foot being pancake flat, which leads my ankle to lean to a position it shouldn't. Ok.. so I will give them a try but just for a few... I had them on all day, NO PAIN, NO DISCOMFORT from my Flintstones shaped Feet or my ankle. I have purchased another pair to have for another pair of shoes. I love these and recommend anyone that has foot pain to bite the money belt and get a set. DO IT... DO IT NOW!!! We are traveling to Tanzania again next month. This trip puts me on my feet a lot, as we will be at a school. Plus walking around town is our way around....they drive on the wrong side of the road.
