My Protalus inserts are better than my $499 custom orthotics! I love that they stabilize my alignment and prevent my ankles from rolling in. And when plantar fasciitis flared in my left foot, they made walking much more comfortable. Thrilled that Protalus brought out the new model (half-length) for use in shoes with non-removable insoles. Now I can wear shoes I thought I'd never wear again. They're the best thing that ever happened to my feet. I've been singing their praises to everyone I know who complains of foot, knee and hip pain.
