I work in an auto parts store where the average shift is 9 hours. Pounding the concrete that long takes its toll on my feet. I have had stabbing pain in the top of my foot sometimes preventing me even walking. I took a chance that these would help and they have exceeded my expectations. There are 4 or 5 spots on my feet, ankles, knees and lower back that hurt almost all the time. These have all gone after wearing these for only a week. I know everyone's situation is different but there worked wonders for me.
