These insoles are just what I have been looking for! I was left with one alternative which was a cortisone shot in my heel for the pain of Plantar Fasciitis. I literally was four days into wearing these insoles and I was pain-free while walking at work. I walk 8 hours a day and two days a week for 12-14 hours; It is such a relief to be virtually pain free and able to focus on my job. Well worth the investment! Thank you Prolatus.
