My feet hurt less!!
I am an avid runner, physical education teacher, and coach and spend a lot of time on my feet. I developed plantar fasciitis in August 2016, and I was wearing the Green Feet brand. They were ok but a little too hard. I thought I would give protalus a try and I love them. My feet feel so much better and don't hurt after a long day of work!! They have a lot of support, and the arches have a lot of cushion in the heel area. Thank you for such a wonderful product!!

The results are that I ran 4 miles and went from a 8:55 per mile pace with pain to a 8:28 pace on my first day of using these inserts without any pain, and for a bonus I could have finished even faster, but I was anticipating the usual pain in my quads in the 4th mile which was run at 7:26.
