I bought these insoles on the recommendation of my primary care provider who suggested I get a hard insole for discomfort in my left heel. I read about these insoles, ordered two pair and started using them right away. With the purchase of new sneakers, which I always wear to work and these insoles, my heel has definitely improved. And I’m sure over time, the pain will eventually fade altogether. I would recommend these insoles to anyone who needs arch support.

I wear these because I pronate my left ankle after injuries. I also wear Sketchers walkers which are not very supportive so putting my T100 inner soles gives me the support I need. I’ve been wearing these now for over 8 years and they are actually better than the orthotics that were made for me.
