These fit my snug-fitting shoes better, and provide the same support without all the bulk and added space used by the M-100s.

Game changer!

I love my inserts! I’m 70 and compete in the sport of Agility with my dog, Elmo. This involves multiple sprints with quick changes of direction. The inserts really help cushion the impact and absorb torque without being bulky in a lightweight shoe.
