New generation is even better

I've been wearing Protalus insoles for nearly ten years. I always put them in my running shoes, and shoes where the insoles can come out relatively easily. The new generation M-100 is definitely superior to the older generation, where I felt some ridges on the bottom of my feet and toes. Not so with the latest design. I highly recommend this new M-100.

Great addition to my running!

I recently used the Protalus inserts to compete/complete the hardest race in the world, the Marathon Des Sables in the Sahara Desert. I was a bit nervous to see how the foam would react to the desert heat but I was pleasantly surprised and held up well. I had zero PF issues however it did rub one of my arches raw but that may have been due to the combination of the heat and sand. Overall, they performed very well and I was thankful for zero PF issues. I used them with my Hoka Challengers.
