I love my Protalus insoles. I honestly did not believe an insole bought online could be of benefit to me. I was desperate, though. I have Achilles tendinitis and pretty bad back pain from bulging disks. I have worn them away from home three times now, and I was so wrong. The best test was today at the mall Christmas shopping.
