I had ACL reconstruction on my right knee and have been wearing these for over a year. Amazing when I have them on and when I don't my feet and knees hurt again. I just ordered my second pair and also bought them for my cousin and my son. I wear them in my golf shoes and I have so much better balance with them on and my feet do not hurt any longer.
